Job description

We are in search of a driven and energetic team member to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong inclination to cultivate relationships while driving revenue growth. As a member of the Business Development team, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base, nurturing existing customer partnerships, and contributing to the attainment of sales objectives.


Job responsibilities

  • Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients using diverse outreach strategies, including networking events, cold calls, and online research.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on prospects, industry trends, and competitors to tailor sales approaches effectively.
  • Foster enduring customer relationships by comprehending client needs and objectives.
  • Articulate and exhibit the value of our CodeLock solutions, showcasing their unique advantages.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop robust sales strategies, target lists, and actionable plans.
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales projections, reports, and updates to the sales manager.
  • Skillfully negotiate and conclude sales deals while adhering to established pricing and contract norms.
  • Stay well-informed about industry dynamics, product insights, and competitive landscapes.
  • Represent CodeLock at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to amplify our product visibility.
  • Job requirements

    • Proven track record as a Sales Agent or in a related sales capacity.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication proficiencies.
    • Adept at negotiation and persuasion techniques.
    • Ability to work independently and harmoniously within a collaborative environment.
    • Results-oriented approach with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
